Swann House

Swann House is a boutique hotel unlike any other. Once a private home, this 1883 Dupont Circle bed & breakfast blends original craftsmanship with contemporary comforts. Their guest rooms are outfitted in distinctive, sophisticated style, and their gorgeous common areas provide the perfect setting to strike up a lively conversation or settle in for some serious relaxation. When the hotel ownership changed hands, we gave the website, menus, brochures, and merch a new look to reflect the property’s new era.
