the Modernest

The Modernest is a new collection of architecturally distinctive residences in culturally rich urban neighborhoods. We created a brand identity and initial suite of marketing materials for the Modernest that reflect the portfolio’s thoughtful architecture, elevated interiors, and flexible ownership.
